THE E2 VISA IS A WIN-WIN FOR YOU AND THE USA Arguably the best visa for most foreign entrepreneurs and Americans is the E2 investor visa. The E2 visa allows foreign entrepreneurs to enter the United States by investing at least $100,000 in a startup enterprise or buying at least 50% of an existing business, and staying in the country to direct and develop its operations. This isn’t some visa where a foreign entrepreneur enters the United States and sets up a business that generates just enough revenue for him and his family to survive. On the contrary, the foreign entrepreneur must invest a substantial amount in the U.S. business. He or she needs to establish it, direct it, grow it, and hire Americans. I love working on E2 investor visa projects because I get to help foreign entrepreneurs achieve their American dream while helping Americans get hired and improving the economy overall.
