Chism's defense claims the exclusion of brain scan evidence at trial, is grounds for appeal. Chism is a Ted Bundy level sexual predator and regardless, this guy will be released in his 50's. The innocent men the FBI had knowingly imprisoned began getting out of jail in 1997, as this heinous story unraveled. Greco and Tamelo died in prison. H.Paul Rico retired from the FBI and became head of security for World Jai Lai, a gaming business, where he had the distinction of being the first FBI agent to provide information to organized crime that facilitated a homicide. The Winter Hill Gang had placed Rico as head of security to protect a skimming operation that netted about $32,000 weekly in today's money. Joe "the Animal" Barboza was the first inductee of the witness protection program. He went to culinary school, then proceeded to kill someone. The Mob located Barboza in San Francisco, he was almost cut in half with four shotgun blasts. Sounds like a movie but this was real life, thanks to the Boston FBI. Please share this episode!

In one of the most heart wrenching stories in New England crime history, in 1976 Andy Puglisi, went to a neighborhood pool, located in Lawerence, Massachusetts and was never heard from again. A man had been taking Polaroid pictures of kids at the pool for several weeks. Andy had given his mother one. Andy disappeared and despite thousands searching, he was not found. Two weeks later, a notorious pedophile, Wayne Chapman was arrested in Waterloo, NY. He possessed several children's pictures, similar to the one Andy had given his mom, also a bloody sock, later, identified as being worn by Andy was found in the van. Chapman was convicted of kidnapping and raping of two boys , from the SAME POOL, Andy was taken from, one year prior. This case remains open and unsolved, Andy has never been recovered.
