Why did I start a podcast?
This is PART 1 of the story. This episode is all about my own health journey.
PART 2 will be about what inspired me the most to return to school to study nutrition after having a background in Business and Marketing. The big reason - is my MOM ́s cancer journey.
But today - I will be sharing about:
My poor immune system
My food intolerances (I could not eat any fruits what so ever and half of the veggies were a big NO NO)
and my Chronic neck pain!
I know how it is to have a body that keeps on getting sicker and sicker! No matter how many "experts" you seek out or how clean I was eating... Nothing helped!
Hopelessness became a fact.
