Okay Hardballers, this pushed me to the ends of my editorial bandwidth, but with the help of our eldest son Jack, I think we have put together a fun end-of-year recap episode for your enjoyment. Two newsworthy items this year for HR Hardball: I added a new co-host and we identified a new flagship sponsor. Yep, sometimes it does. My apologies...it's because of these lapses in judgment that we're all forever doomed to this practice.

So I decide "what the heck" and set up a call. A week later I'm a client. A week after that I'm looking at the first of what will be five videos, professionally edited and produced, then shared on social media channels. The equivalent of an internal digital marketing department, something very few start-ups or small businesses can afford.

It's probably no surprise to anyone that video is the new medium standard for influencers. Static images just don't cut it. But the video has to be authentic, consistent and meaningful - that's where Connor (co-founder), Deven, and a global team of creators help you tell your story...uh, "storyy".
