My Deepest Struggle
If you were told to define how you want your life to be, you probably would never incorporate pain, struggle, shame, humiliation....name it. We all wish to have a smooth life with minimal obstacles if any. But surprisingly, if you sit back and reflect, some of the worst experiences you’ve faced probably led to great outcome. Beautiful success stories have been obtained from those very struggle.
Paige Lilly has been through such struggles to a point of contemplating suicide. Yet that very experience led to her discovery of Bikini competitions – which she now continues to register nothing but success. Paige is an IFBB Bikini Pro and Posing Coach. She is an Overall 2017 NPC Junior USA Championship Bikini winner.

Tiffany Vann: Switching from Figure to Bikini
You know without a doubt that this sport is where you belong. Your passion tells you so. And so is your desire. In fact, that is as clear as day to you. But you are not exactly sure where in the sport you belong.
If this is the question you are struggling with, I got you. Getting to decide which category of this sport will augur well for you can sometimes be difficult. But don’t you worry, I’m committed to ensuring your ride in this journey is as smooth as it can get. So hang on for Tiffany’s tips.
Tiffany is an IFBB Bikini Pro, and a former professional dancer. She is a Certified Yoga/Pilates Instructor, and a Pose Trainer. Tiffany is also a NASM Certified Weight Loss Specialist and Personal trainer. The IFBB Pro initially begun as a Figure competitor, but later switched to Bikini. Her goal is to compete in the Olympia in 2019.
