They say making friends as an adult is hard... but whoever said that for the first time had never tried being an overnight camp director, juggling the demands of a 24/7 job with friends back home.

We don’t claim to be experts on this, we have certainly lost some friends and damaged other friendships over the summer and we want you to learn from us.
