Between the Worlds Podcast

When I think of the 6 of Swords the first thing I think of is that you’re leaving something behind, it might be a relationship, a job, a house, or an old pattern, habit or belief system. In this card, the Tarot is cautioning you not to bring your old problems with you into new territories. It's not always easy to leave behind what you know, even when what you know isn't right for you anymore. But the 6 of Swords card has wisdom for us to make the process a little easier, and maybe even... exciting?

Our guest today is Grace Duong, multidisciplinary artist, author, and creator of Mystic Mondays - Tarot for the Modern Mystic: an intuitive tool for spiritual guidance. It's a colorful deck, full of positive vibes that allow you to access answers for your highest good. Grace brought such a warm hearted and revelatory spirit to the discussion of this card. We can't wait for you to meet her! [See below for her beautiful salt scrub recipe!]

BTW 34: Meeting Your Spirit Guides with Rhian Lockard of Moonstone Witchery

In this episode we talk about spirit guides, how to work with them, what they are, whether or not they're "real", and basically everything you could think of that is spirit guide related. We learn how they can help you find your path, trust your intuition, and make difficult choices. This episode is light-hearted and fun! We thought you'd need a little breather since the Suit of Swords is a challenging one. And our guest today is as sweet and brilliant as can be; she's got a passion for justice and a knack for connecting people with their spiritual essence.

Rhian Lockard is the creator of Moonstone Witchery, a magical service that includes a podcast, Youtube Channel, a shop, and a super hot instagram page. She also has a coaching practice, and does private intuitive sessions and readings. Join us!

BTW 36: 7 of Swords – Fight the Power with guest Jerico Mandybur

When I think of the 7 of Swords the first thing I think of is that you’re getting away with something. Now, that could be a good thing or bad thing, depending on the circumstances. Often this card indicates solving a problem without direct confrontation. As much as we might WANT there to be a black and white solution to our problems, a right choice and a wrong choice, the Seven of Swords often appears when we having to navigate ambiguity, times when there is no clear answer. If this sounds like your life, you're going to want to tune in.

Our guest today is Jerico Mandybur, author of "Neo Tarot: A fresh approach to self care, healing, and empowerment", and "Daily Oracle: Seek answers from your higher self". She’s also the host of the podcast, Beyond Belief, and was previously the host of the chart-topping Self Service and a weekly guest on Girlboss Radio. As a tarot reader and spiritual coach, Jerico has held court at events hosted by Urban Decay, HBO’s Game of Thrones, BeautyCon, Depop, Soho House, the Chateau Marmont, Neuehouse, The Fullest Magazine, and more. Jerico is deep, and our conversation was juicy, can wait for you to meet her!
