Episode 6: A Letter to the Loved Ones of Addicts and Alcoholics Everywhere--A Chapter from Jay's Memoir

In an effort to mix things up a bit and keep y'all on your toes, Episode 6 is a bit different than the others. Don't fret, though; you will still get your weekly dose of good news and gratitude. But instead of an interview, I will be sharing a chapter of my book that happens to be full of practical and straightforward advice for anyone out there with a past, current, or future loved one who was, is, or will be an addict or alcoholic. Spoiler alert...that's just about all of us.

I don't have all of the answers, that's for sure, but I have learned more than a thing or two during my decades-long journey through drug addiction and recovery. Hopefully, sharing some of what I have learned over the years will be helpful to others who are feeling exhausted, hopeless, and defeated.
