Episode 5 is all about personalized blood flow restriction rehabilitation training (PBFR). PBFR is the next big thing in performance and rehab. It's a game-changing injury recovery therapy that is producing dramatically positive results. PBFR can diminish atrophy and the loss of strength from disuse and non-weight bearing after injuries, can increase strength and hypertrophy with only 30% loads, improve muscle activation, strength and hypertrophy after surgery, increase growth hormone responses and improve muscle protein synthesis.
