Maria and Sherri have an interesting conversation with artist, self-relationship guide, and Jui- Jitsu instructor, Maurice Hunter. Maurice resides in the Panhandle of Florida and on his own journey of exploration, he found the concept of Selflove . Yes, spelled as one word and you will understand why after listening. Maurice explains how he came to the realization of this concept that started with a letter to his daughter. Selflove is an idea of exploration and consideration of how to change inner dialogue and the role we all play in controlling our own thoughts and emotions as well as our reactions and responses.
