Dr. Boyle explains various types of inflammation, particularly associated with your gut and autoimmune diseases, why you should care, and new, innovative methods for managing inflammation, such as compounded Low Dose Naltrexone. You're probably familiar with the standard tips: limit screen time, turn the lights off, etc.
In this episode, we'll cover some tips you may not have heard of before. Plus, we'll talk about ways to be practical about sleep and slowly move towards a positive sleep environment instead of making multiple, drastic changes to your routine all at once.

New Study Relating CBD and Pain Management
