Do you tend to focus on the problem, problem solving or are you someone who looks for the solution.
When we focus on the problem
i.e I'm depressed, I'm single, I'm not where I want to be in life, everybody leaves me, I have no money
It keeps us in that place of low vibration and of not much change happening.
When we get into a growth mindset and start looking and visualising solutions things start changing and falling into place
i.e I can visualise myself happy, I am working on the best relationship I'll ever have and that's with me, I can visualise and start taking steps towards where I want to be, I am attracting people in my life who are consistent and loyal, I can write down a list of ten ways I can make money today and start taking action towards them
A growth mindset is all about getting solution focused.
