Becoming Unrivalled
  • How to re-wire your brain & How to change the perception of your reality so you always get what you want.
  • The meaning of dreams - and what your unconscious is trying to tell you.

Tom Ahern is a counselor, podcaster and writer. As a counselor, he runs an online program for driven adults. His therapy looks to solve two fundamental problems: a lack of purpose and high anxiety. He helps individuals cultivate an intrinsic sense of purpose—with greater directional clarity—and self-awareness, helping them befriend their minds along the way. Human beings function best when they are focused on the future, aiming towards a greater life for themselves and others.

Tom Ahern has a specific interest in helping adults with trauma-related issues—and its many branches which include OCD, panic attacks, and triggers—as well as existential and narrative therapy. He believes that we are fundamentally a product of the stories we tell ourselves; our self-fulfilling prophecies if you will. Furthermore, he believes in building a simple and meaningful life and helps people men make practical, long-lasting changes.

Tom is also the host of ‘The Mind Mate Podcast’ which helps listeners ‘get to know themselves’. He interviews spiritualists, philosophers, psychologists, and others from all walks of life.

Tom is the author of ‘Yes I’m Fine, Just Tired’, his first book relating to his experiences with OCD, panic attacks, and generalised anxiety disorder. He is currently writing his second book, ‘Yes I’m Fine, Just Busy’ which takes readers through the ups and downs of an existential and mental breakdown, leading (of course) to a mental breakthrough!
