In this episode I talk about the fascinating thing people do when they create an image of who they think somebody else is and then they take that to be the truth.
It became very clear to me when listening to Will Smith's autobiography that that was what I had done with him and many other people.
I share how this can be limiting to us and what we can do if we find ourselves doing this and want to stop. Hope you enjoy listening.
