The majority of the episode is devoted to him discussing the senseless hate crime that almost killed him and how he went through a process of neurofeedback and therapy to finally remember the details that he had so long suppressed. Like so many of us, Oliver for years held deep rooted trauma that was stuck in his psyche and outlines how he learned to ultimately let go of the trauma and forgive those who were involved. Tune into this beautiful episode of despair, forgiveness and triumph, detailing the intricate details of a man who quite literally rose from rock bottom to become the beautiful man he is today.
