Even before smashing the Lands End to John O'Groats (LEJOG) record with a time of 12 days 30 mins and 14 seconds, she has challenged herself in the most unique ways.
In this episode, Jody and David speak to Carla and find out more about her recent LEJOG record as well as her rather unusual preparation for Comrades Marathon which she preceded with a 19 day run from Cape Town to Comrades averaging around 60km a day.
Carla also talks about her experience running as part of a team.
