There are so many perceptions and assumptions i had about what ADHD looked like for the last 25 years so growing up as an undiagnosed girly meant one thing everyone (myself included) thinking I didn't have the "stereotypical ADHD" struggles like forgetfulness and time blindness! That couldn't have been more wrong turns out I was just over correcting and trying to fight these tendencies the whole time, which fyi was exhausting!
