I'm sure i'm not the only neurodivergent person on this planet who feels like they've spent their whole life being very misunderstood. I've always said that communication has never been my strong suit but turns our a lot of those struggles are linked to having ADHD, of course. I wanted to share some of my struggles when it comes to social interactions over the years and most importantly how i've learned to navigate them in the neurospicy way, that works for me!

Let's get physical
Growing up I’ve always been clumsy and uncoordinated it usually involved constantly finding bruises all over my body and not being sure where I’m not sure where they came from... one thing I didn’t know until now was turns out that is also another thing that is actually because of my ADHD.
