30 - PTSD 5 - Melting into Oneness with Internal Family Systems
Another powerful approach to PTSD is Internal Family Systems. This podcast is a brief introduction to this approach so that you will be familiar with it. In the podcast I reference my website resource page, www.williamecooper.wordpress.com where you can find further very helpful supportive information including an audible book by Richard Schwartz walking you through his process. Often, in meditation, we watch our thoughts and emotions. Many of them come and go but some personalities seem stuck. In this episode, we modify some of the thoughts with tools uncovered by Richard Schwarz in Internal Family Systems. He noticed we have many voices and, indeed, personalities inside of us. One part feels one way and another feels another way. We are actually a collection of multiple personalities. Happily, these personalities can reintegrate by relaxing back into our One Being.

32 - Relaxing into Happiness
In the realm of awakening there are only two things, our Being and our blocks. Being in touch with our Being and our blocks are equally important. Awakening is Relaxing into Happiness. The path of awakening is one of opening up and relaxing into our ever-present Being. That is felt as the joy of release and relaxation. Our use of yoga or any other techniques should always open us up and feel joyful. If we use a technique in a way that causes us tension, then that technique is closing us to awakening in that moment.
