I received the following question from a community member. Paraphrased: The app showed that a reduction in the distributions per unit, due to the rental discount passed to the tenants during the COVID19 period, would reduce its ratings. Would we foresee more REITs ratings being downgraded? Do you have this question of what you could do when an external influence downgrades the ratings of your REITs?
