His nonfiction work has been published in Forbes, HuffPost, Adweek, Yogi Times, Entrepreneur, and Elephant Journal. His poetry has been featured in literary journals such as American Journal of Poetry, 34th Parallel Magazine, Thought Catalogue, New Millennium Writings, and Musepaper.
His debut book, Sh#t Your Ego Says, was published by Hay House in 2017, and has sold tens of thousands of copies in dozens of countries.
