My Journey through the looking glass into mental health started when I lost my brother, Kevin Rumore, as a result of Suicide in 2007. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention was the first resource I found that gave me any answers.
This episode talks about Suicide Prevention, the 988 Suicide Crisis Hotline, which is a free nationwide organization to help when someone is in crisis, and about programs available for people who lost someone as a result of suicide.
