Cassie Woods has spent the last several years researching and teaching others about the second brain, the gut. The gut? Yes, I know gut health might not be the flashiest tagline for a podcast but guess what, it is a key factor to how you show up each day and your progress towards your goals. Why is this? It is an easy answer with scientific backing. When your gut is cooperating and functioning the way it should it is much easier to show up as your best. If you Google gut health you will find there are near one-million results. A million results, mmm, I guess gut health is bigger than one would think.
