Discerning Between Ego Chatter and Soul Guidance
12/14/22 • 17 min
To stay connected to your spiritual source, you have to know whether your ego or soul is operating, and a good way to do that is to ask yourself whether you are feeling fear (ego) or love (soul).
Your ego, or perceived sense of self, is something that you develop at birth based on the inputs you receive from your environment. It serves a purpose for you in terms of survival. And, in conversation, the ego sounds like "I," "me," and "mine" and is missing a connection to others.
Listen to discover how you can become aware of your unique triggers that make the ego rise and what to do to let go and keep your awareness soul-centered.
