Like keeping your home clean, you can also keep your mind clean. In the calm and quiet, the real you will speak up. The real you is not just your mindset, it's coming from your spirit. Your spirit will rise up many times and say, “What the hell are you doing?”
Change
Change is a choice. There are a lot of people that need to change but don’t choose to change. You have to change your people, places, and things. You can’t bring everlasting change if you don’t change your who, what, and where.
