From Coaching Women's Basketball To Coaching Billion Dollar Companies, Lessons From Coach Burt

This week on the Against All Odds Radio Show, hosts Sean V. Bradley, CSP and L.A. Williams discuss how to make a difference in people’s lives. They discuss how to pour into and develop people, to help them do more, be more, and achieve more.
Joining Sean and L.A. is Coach Michael Burt. Coach Burt is a serial entrepreneur, dynamic speaker, coach to some of the top performing organizations in the world, and an author, including the wildly popular Person of Interest.
His coaching career began at the elementary school he attended as a child, where he won his first championship at the age of 18. Four years later, Coach Burt was named the youngest head coach in the state of TN, where he became the coach of their second largest high school at the age of 22. Employing “The Whole Person Theory”, he built a powerhouse that included four 25+ win seasons, four conference titles, and one state championship, the first in the school’s 30+ year history. He would go on to win over 74% of all of his games by using his strategies and deep motivational skills.
At the age of 25, Coach Burt began writing the first of 14 books on his methodology. Companies who wanted to grow would pay attention and begin hiring Burt to speak, coach, and train their people to higher levels of performance. Then, at 31 years old and after winning a championship Burt would retire from athletic sports to build a multimillion dollar coaching business, Michael Burt Enterprises, and form the Monster Producer coaching program, which is a systematic and consistent program that teaches sales professionals, business owners, and those interested in rapid growth the five big areas to get a significant lift in their business. Burt’s goal for each person is a 43% increase in a one year cycle and he routinely gets it.
Burt now, at 42 years old, speaks around the world on his books and growth methodologies and is the personal coach to some of the top performing companies in the world. His popular programs, online Monster Growth Academy, and structures are used by business people who want to get a significant increase in their business by using a specific formula Burt has cultivated over the last 27 years.
