About Health and Hormones

Avigyle Zeitchik, founder of Yogigyle, is a 500 hour certified multi-style yoga facilitator, headstand lover, and meditation instructor, who is passionate about building communities and inspiring others to show up for themselves through movement-based habits + routines. In her classes, she embodies the belief that each student is their own best teacher, blending fluid sequencing with breath-centered movement to help students of all levels find the freedom to take on whatever challenge they are searching for. Avigyle is based in Tel Aviv and teaches private and group yoga classes both in person and virtually.
