Coach Conley was Head Coach for 3 seasons from 1988 - 1990. That experience fuels his efforts to apply individual and team-development skills to the corporate and non-profit worlds. Conley's career accomplishments include: -A member of three Big Ten Championship teams, including the 1968 National Championship team coached by the legendary Woody Hayes -An assistant coach of the 2002 National Championship team coached by Jim Tressel -Recruiter of Heisman Trophy winners Eddie George and Troy Smith -Recruited and/or coached a plethora of Buckeye players who went on to Hall-of-Fame-caliber careers in the NFL -Coached teams that earned berths in no less than 15 post-season bowl games. -Best-selling author and highly sought after speaker In 2005, Conley - with co-author, J.C. Phillips - published "Buckeye Bumper Crops." The autobiography features some of Conley's most compelling recruiting stories and memories of his tenure as a Buckeye assistant coach. The book also offers insights to Conley's philosophies of recruiting, providing tips that are sure to help a new generation of coaches and recruiters. Along with being one of the nation's top motivational speakers, Conley is also a media personality, serving as an analyst and hosting a weekly radio show for 610 WTVN, as well as NBC 4 television, both in Columbus, Ohio. Conley is also a regular contributor to the Buckeye Sports Bulletin.
