Celebrating 50 episodes & Why is it so hard to start?
10/23/24 β’ 20 min
Anyone who has tried to change, knows just how difficult simply starting a new thing, like going to the gym for the first time, cooking a healthy meal, starting a new job, and going on a date after a long time.
For me starting my own podcast was that thing which I couldn't do. Taking that pesky first step to record the first podcast episode was daunting and the source of apprehension.
But I have good news, we've made it to episode number 50. And I couldn't be happier.
Tune in to todays episode to come along my podcasting journey and learn how to approach your firsts. I have some vulnerable truths in this episode so be sure to listen to it.
