ช่วง Covid ที่ผ่านมามีช่องทางหนึ่งที่มาแรงมากก็คือ "Direct to Consumer" คือการที่บริษัทขนาดใหญ่พยายามที่จะดึงลูกค้ามาซื้อของจากเว็บไซต์ตัวเองมากขึ้น เช่น Nike Lululemon สมัยก่อนแบรนด์ที่ทํา Activity เยอะๆ ออกแบบโมเดลมาขายกับลูกค้าโดยตรงตั้งแต่วันแรกยังมีไม่มาก เพราะแบรนด์ใหญ่อาจจะมีดีลเลอร์หรือตัวแทนจําหน่ายที่ซับซ้อน
