This episode explores the final piece of the puzzle that makes it possible to live in authentic alignment.
Jennifer introduces the eight major life segments (loosely built on an expanded version of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs) and how authentic living comes from aligning these segments with your unique values, needs, beliefs and desires. Importantly, learn the single all-important question for determining whether or not your personal alignment focus should be inner-to-outer or outer-to-inner and why.
