This is PART 2 of Serial Killer Sunday: The Boston Strangler.
Albert DeSalvo, a convicted felon, had a history of run-ins with the law from a young age, but nothing as horrific as the "Boston Strangler" case. Between 1962 and 1964, DeSalvo confessed to killing 13 women in the Boston area, the majority of whom were elderly and alone. Although DNA evidence shows he murdered at least one of the victims, he was never charged, and some people have hypothesized that more than one person was involved in the killings.
