Tell us about yourself – what is your background?
I'm a lifelong Chicago resident and beer enthusiast. I've traveled the world over and had beer everywhere I go!
Why did you get into podcasting?
I was looking for ways to use the creative part of my brain. Also, many folks have said I'm a good storyteller and should look into something like this. 3 years in and they were right!
How did the idea for the show come about?
I wanted to talk about beers that people forget about. Many in the beer world are always looking for the next best thing and forget about these great beers.
What do you hope listeners take from the show?
That older craft or even macro beers are still great! What you loved 20 years ago is probably still great!
