Welcome to Your Wellbeing in Mind with Emily Gearing and Ange Richardson. We met whilst presenting on Redshift Radio; Emily hosted "Self Help Sessions" which offered advice and guidance to assist people with their wellbeing. Ange co-hosted "Charities Today" which showcased the work of the many wonderful charities in our area. Emily is a Life Coach, Wellbeing Educator - and founder of the Rest East method. Since 2016 she has been delivering workshops and 1-2-1 Coaching & Rest Easy sessions to schools, parents and workplaces. Ange has worked in grant giving for major funding organisations over the last 20 years, giving grants to charitable organisations supporting people’s wellbeing and mental health and is also a personal coach. Together, we demystify the myriad of support available for good mental health - and most importantly help you to find your own way to better wellbeing We do this by sharing powerful tools and techniques that are easy to understand and use. We will be working alongside you all the way anticipating and covering the questions you might have, which might be a barrier to getting started. We look forward to sharing our Podcast with you.
