Once of the most common questions I get it what exercises are good for someone with knee pain. My most common reply is "get on your bike." A bike is a great low-impact way to improve range of motion, strength and your general health.
You can use a stationary bike or a regular bike. E-bikes are a great option if you have a lot of intimidating hills where you live.
As with any exercise program, check with your health care provider to make sure that it is safe for you to participate.
