This is a live slow-flow practice where we really focus on releasing the front of hips and belly so we can breathe and be calm and present in this moment, no matter how we feel about it. We do a bit of everything, including sun salutations, but we will have a focus on some backbending lunges and dancer's pose. All you need is a couple of blankets. (60 Minutes/All Levels)
