05/16/23 • 16 min
This rollercoaster ride of writing brings with it a lot of stress - not just the writing itself, but the industry we're part of once we decide we're going to aim for being published. In this episode I share the techniques I use to help me set aside the stressing I do about the small stuff, so that I'm only stressing the big stuff - let's face it, if we're going to stress, it might as well be over big stuff. Find out about PACE, the ABC of handling small stress, and more.

Making the podcast earns me no money, and in fact costs me a fair bit, but I do it for the love, and because I have such fun talking with wonderful authors.
Even if you can't afford to buy me a coffee, simply letting me know that you love the podcast means a lot to me.
