This movie goes over the nearly two decades that Sardar Udham Singh, a revolutionary freedom fighter from India spent planning the assassination of Michael O' Dwyer in London. O' Dwyer was the Lieutenant Governor of Punjab at the time of the April 13, 1919 Jallianwala Bagh genocide. O' Dwyer was in charge of General Dyer, who committed the massacre and ultimately responsible for this heinous act against innocent, unarmed peaceful protestors.
