What does aging gracefully mean? One part is being kind to ourselves. That could be asking for help, sleeping more and working out less or even stressing less about counting calories and eating perfectly.
The other part of aging gracefully is maintaining a healthy weight. Where does weight gain come from? Why do we gain weight when we age? What are some tools, tricks and ways to become satiated, as not being satiated is one big reason for gaining weight.

As she shared in her first published book titled, From White Trash to White Coat: The Birth of Catherine’s Purpose, those events led Tabatha to finding her purpose in life. With perseverance and grace, she was able to redirect her path in life and become a successful physician.
Dr. Tabatha is double board certified in obstetrics and gynecology through ACOOG and is a certified Menopause Practitioner through the North American Menopause Society. She has also completed training through the Cleveland Clinic’s Institute for Functional Medicine. She cares for women one on one in her clinic as a functional gynecologist, and recently started The Functional Gynecologist Podcast, to share her wisdom and knowledge with women everywhere. By incorporating functional medicine into her women’s health practice, she is able to provide women with the tools they need to optimize their health and happiness, which, in turn, allows those women to pursue their purpose in life.

We are so blessed to have Kelly Kennedy on todays episode to talk about lymphatics, and lymph flow.
This topic is so very important for overall health, wellbeing and most specifically healing. If you are struggling with getting your health to that next level it could be your lymphatics that are keeping you stuck.

Kelly Kennedy is a biological holistic nutritionist whose studies began more traditionally as a pre-med student at Cornell University, receiving a degree in Biology. Her father had Hodgkin’s disease and passed away when she was just 20 years old. That same year she was in a bad car accident that left her in chronic pain, emotionally drained and her life in a state of upheaval.
After 3 years of succumbing to the contemporary allopathic approach without results, Kelly finally sought out a different approach and got relief from her pain permanently.
