Working Mama
Today Justine shares all about being a working Mama. Juggling all the balls even harder in order to manage both, the realties, the benefits, the sacrifices. Sharing her own experiences with her two boys, from birth to now, and how it has worked for her over these past seven years while still growing her company and brand, handling hurdles along the way, and being able to share herself properly so that both the business and boys get the best from her. As well as sharing on the times when others may judge you, as always Justine shines light on all the realities.
Plenty to resonate with, to inspire and boost you, and draw insight, perspective and give you a boost in this episode especially if you are a working mother, and even if you're not.

Women Supporting Women
In today's episode Justine covers the massively important topic surrounding women supporting other women, and in turn, when the opposite happens too. She sets a few tasks for you today in order to break some barriers, and move mountains within your own working world while leading by example too.
Opening up on communication with others, recognising the power that comes from doing so, and also knowing when to draw the line too. Being more vulnerable and letting our guards down in order to better connect, open opportunities for synergies, new business and friendship, and not ultimately deny and deprive yourself of whatever potential that connection could make. Putting yourself out there more, and better understanding if and when the feeling isn't mutual or reciprocated, and a reminder about where that naysayer behaviour stems from.
To quote Madeleine Albright, “There is a special place in hell for women who don't help other women."
