We explore the concept of authenticity and the importance of ensuring that our values truly reflect who we are, without any pretense or societal influences.
In the spirit of transparency, we open up about personal challenges that have shaped and solidified our understanding of our values. From traveling alone and feeling truly in tune with ourselves to witnessing social injustices, these experiences have left an indelible mark on our core values.

We also explore helpful strategies to discover and clarify our values, including questions to help use your values, and identifying non-negotiables. We also discuss the shadow side of values and how to ensure that our perceived values are truly our own, free from societal expectations.
