Trauma in Layman's Terms // TRUCK TALK THURSDAY

Trauma is a word that we don't like very much. Perhaps it has to do with our association of the word with the traumatic events in life or perhaps we think it only applies to those who have experienced something relatively horrific: battle, loss, severe injury, or sexual abuse. While all of those things certainly include trauma, the definition of what is considered a traumatic event for our minds has widened over the years.
