A hunter, distracted by a personal matter, strays from the path, and finds himself too close to the East Cascade Mountain Range. Before he can turn around, he spots what he thinks is the biggest bear he's ever laid eyes on. Unfortunately, the creature he kills is a young sasquatch.
This spurs a break in a century old truce between men and the race of ancient Bigfoot on the other side of the mountain range. What results is a town in danger with citizens fighting for their lives.
Holly Rae and Ryan Garcia have collaborated to bring the beginning of an altercation that mixes the lore of Bigfoot with horror for a fun read that will leave you wanting more.

In 1974, fifty-five-year-old beauty salon operator Evelyn Wendt of Dade City, Florida, contacted the local West Palm Beach paper called “The Weekday” and asked to be interviewed by a reporter. She claimed that she had an extraordinary story to share with the world, and now the time was right to unveil it.
