Should the relationship be a give and take relationship?
Or is it better to keep receiving and never knowing how to give back to them?

The success in the industry when it comes to landing sponsors is a two way street. Though we can sign up on an awesome deal that gets us discounts on gear or parts, the relationships need to be built so you can help the companies grow and ultimately help the industry grow. It is important to give back to those that are supporting you because you never know what doors can open up.
Our guest today has figured this out years ago and now works with a company that was once a sponsor is now an employer. Logan Huff, a pro ATV Racer is crushing it on the track and also when it comes to building relationships. In his words, “Moving the needle” is not easy but it can be done when you focus your attention to building that relationship with your sponsors. From wrenching to selling, Logan moved his career from a shop at a dealership to a manufacturer, FASST Company to be exact. And he has never been happier.

How do you go on when you are dealt with a big blow?

When you are on a high from all of your hard work and you are hanging out on cloud nine, then life delivers a huge blow, how you overcome the challenge speaks loudly to your drive and passion. Life is full of opposition and we think we plan for every single issue, covering all of our bases, only to be dealt with a blow that sets us back which nobody wants. But those that are able to bounce back will make their dreams become a reality. However it takes time to get to that level. We are born to bounce back and taught to be resilient, its what we accept into our lives that changes our resilience to opposition when we face it.

We are stoked that Leah Bauer, an Iron Dog Athlete, sat down with us and had an amazing conversation about her experience as an athlete and enthusiast of Action Sports. When it comes to bouncing back, Leah is right in the middle of a great comeback. With devastation during her most recent race, she isn’t letting that slow her down. On top of that Leah is crushing it on social media working hard each day helping others reach their dreams and their potential. Leah is the perfect example of what is possible when you push yourself to make your dreams come true.
