I am joined by Elle Walsh, a chalk artist and long-time creative. Elle is on a mission to inspire and educate through what she creates as she scours nature, the news, and history for inspiration for her art.

We talk about how COVID affected Elle and her family specific to symptoms, why she’s a self-diagnosed long hauler, and how it all impacts her mental health.
We highlight the need to practice acceptance and self-care and the importance of setting boundaries and seeing losses of relationships during this pandemic through the lens of grief.
