Picture this: It's morning. You have just woke up all snuggled in your cozy, warm bed. You yawn and stretch out your arms. It's a fresh day with no mistakes in it. And then you hear it. Your spouse is playing music that you can't stand unless you have had one too many while telling nerdy jokes with his just as nerdy co-workers over the phone and typing as fast as they can. It's a trio that causes instant emotional chaos. You stay in bed and give yourself a pep talk. It doesn't work. So you look around you for the nearest blunt object. That crystal lamp ought to do the trick! As you reach for the light, the tiny sane part of your soul yanks on your conscience and suggests that perhaps murder isn't the solution. So, you get in the car and go.
