In an exclusive interview with John Doherty, longtime executive chef of the Waldorf Astoria and presently chef and owner of Blackbarn restaurant in Manhattan, you'll hear about how he and others like him are bringing hospitality to the front lines of the fights against Corona and the fight against hunger. You'll also learn John's thoughts on how to use the quarantine as an opportunity to teach young children the lessons of hospitality, along with what all of us can keep on-hand in our pantries and refrigerators to reduce the number of trips we make to the grocery store.
