Look, life can be tough. With big, world events on display that shake us to the core happening on the regular, it can be incredibly difficult to maintain our balance. From social media to turning on the news, you're unable to escape everything unless you truly live under a rock. On the flip side, there’s a certain responsibility we hold to be good global citizens and know what’s happening. So what do we do?
In this solo episode, my intention was to have a space for you to come to when you need to ground down when the world starts to shake you up. Moreover, I share how all of us can intentionally work on these grounding principles on a regular basis so we can use them as pre-emptive tools.
