Lisa Heacock lost 12 loved ones in a 22 month period, including her parents, and her 24 year old son-in-law. She ended a 28 year marriage, and was diagnosed with breats cancer and had a double mastectomy! After the losses, her life trajectory changed forever. Most of us have experieced grief in some way, and there really is no correct way to grieve. Some of us let it all out, some hold it in, for some its delayed, or even locked away, and this epsiode dives into the mind and body’s relationship with grief and trauma.
