Here’s what’s in for health... drinking less, zone 2 cardio, grocery lists, me time, bedtime alarms, supplements, and STRESS MANAGEMENT. Today is a little heart to heart with you on where I’ve been at. I have put off getting my ish together for a while now, but I am diving head first back in to get my stress and health on track.
It is a healthy girl era and we are living for the “boring” title that we may have given ourselves. That is just what comes with growth!!!!! I spill on why my Sundays are EVERYTHING to set me up for success that week. Why mornings don’t need to be speedy, why I believe in the supplements I take, and why I am saying NOOOO in this era.
